INVITATION

Dear friends,

For the fifteenth time, the Neurosurgical Department of the University Hospital Brno and the MU Faculty of Medicine is organizing the popular Brno Neurosurgery Days. We are planning a change for this year. The congress will not be held this November, but from February 17 to 19, 2025. It will not be two days, but three days, and it will not be in South Moravia, but in Brno at the Best Western International Hotel. I will admit that only personal reasons lead me to this change. 2025 is the year in which I intend to take stock somewhat. Neurosurgery was and is one of the most important parts of my life. The Brno Neurosurgery Days 2025 are an excellent opportunity to meet again with many friends not only from the Czech Republic but also from abroad.

Due to the three-day format, topics will cover all areas of neurosurgery. We also want to pay attention to the newly developing concept of neurorehabilitation care in the Czech Republic. I believe that we will also reach out to other cooperating specialties such as adult and pediatric neurologists, radiologists, molecular biologists, oncologists and many others. A nurses section will also be part of the congress.

Cancellation Policy
      In case of cancellation of your participation:
by January 16, 2025,   the registration fee will be refunded in full                           
from January 17, 2025,   a cancellation fee of 50 % of the amount paid will be charged
from February 10, 2025,  the fee is non-refundable                                                          


Information for presenters

You will receive confirmation of acceptance of the lecture by January 10, 2025 at the latest

Please enter lectures titles / posters, including abstracts, in English.

Audio-visual technology can be tested before the start of the event or during breaks. Technical support will be available throughout the duration of the event in the lecture hall.


Presentation
Please deliver the presentation, which the technician will take over from you in the lecture hall, on a USB flash drive.

When registering, you will receive a name tag, a conference set incl. professional program.


Social evening
The social evening in the form of a banquet takes place on February 18, 2025 from 8 p.m. at Best Western International. The ticket price is included in the registration fee.


Accreditation
The event will be included in the central register of educational events of the Czech Medical Chamber and will be evaluated with credits according to applicable regulations. NLZP will receive a confirmation of participation. Certificates will be issued after the end of the conference for the registration of participants.
