The registration fee includes entry to the event, refreshments during the event, social evening, conference materials and VAT. You will receive the pro forma invoice in the confirmation email. Cancellation Policy       In case of cancellation of your participation: by January 16, 2026,   the registration fee will be refunded in full                            from January 17, 2026,   a cancellation fee of 50 % of the amount paid will be charged from February 9, 2026,  the fee is non-refundable

Information for presenters

End of registration for active participation (lecture, poster registration) December 15, 2025
You will receive confirmation of acceptance of the lecture by January 10, 2026 at the latest

Please enter lectures titles / posters, including abstracts, in English.

Audiovisual technology

Audio-visual technology can be tested before the start of the event or during breaks.
Technical support will be available throughout the duration of the event in the lecture hall.

Presentation

Please deliver the presentation, which the technician will take over from you in the lecture hall, on a USB flash drive.

E-posters

Please send the e-poster format A0 in pdf format to the e-mail address a.martinek@symma.cz no later than February 9, 2026.

Parking

Possibility of parking in the paid parking lot of the Hotel Galant.
The number of parking spaces is limited

Conference materials

When registering, you will receive a name tag, a conference set incl. professional program.

Social evening

The social evening in the form of a banquet takes place on February 12, 2026 from 8 p.m. at Hotel Galant.
The ticket price is included in the registration fee.

Accreditation

The event will be included in the central register of educational events of the Czech Medical Chamber and will be evaluated with credits according to applicable regulations. NLZP will receive a confirmation of participation. Certificates will be issued after the end of the conference for the registration of participants.
